The staff here is professional and helpful, the breakfast is very good with a variety of food choices, the beds are great, and the rooms are exceptionally clean.

Fairly clean hotel, attentive stuff & convenient location near to everything. Good bed in the king room, plus a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Great customer service.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was extremely convenient, had EXCELLENT location to a couple nearby factories that I visit. The venue had attentive staff who made the stay such wonderful. Location: the venue was very close to the centre and Mexico and the airport and Apodaca business district. We liked being here.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport and it was incredibly convenient for my layover. The location was great, with a couple of nearby factories that I needed to visit, and the airport was really close. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-furnished room that had a very comfy bed. In addition, the hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport, which was a huge perk. The staff was incredibly helpful and personable, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to help me procure a bus ticket.

This place is very convenient for layovers and flight connections. I love that it has a free airport shuttle that takes you to the airport on time. There are also restaurants and a convenience store nearby, so you won’t worry about getting hungry while staying here. Another thing I liked about this place is its very personable and helpful staff. They assisted me in procuring a bus ticket and went beyond the call of duty.

I would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends.

Good stay, as always. Great option among 4 stars hotels. Very amiable and attentive staff with a smile. Convenient location, short way from everywhere.

I got great value for my money at the Hampton Inn near the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for my layover. The staff at the hotel were friendly and went above and beyond to help me, especially Dora at the reception who even helped me get a bus ticket.

Breakfast delights, it would have been nice if the staff provided more personalized service during breakfast like I've experienced at other hotels in the area.
